Dedicated Bilingual Channels: Access us via our specialized WeChat, LINE, or official email channels for overseas or expat patients. We provide consultation in both English and Chinese.
高解析影像分析：請依循我們提供的指示，拍攝高品質、特定角度的凹疤影像。薛醫師將親自親自分析您的痘疤類型（滾動、廂車、冰鑿），初步評估手術適用性。
High-Resolution Image Analysis: Follow our instructions to capture high-quality, specific-angle images of your scars. Dr. Hsueh will personally analyze your scar type (Rolling, Boxcar, Icepick) to make an initial assessment of the appropriate surgical plan.
預約醫師視頻諮詢：若初步評估適合，可預約與薛醫師進行 15 分鐘的視頻諮詢（可提供英語翻譯協助），直接確認治療目標與手術方案。
Physician Video Consultation: If the initial assessment is suitable, you can schedule a 15-minute video consultation with Dr. Hsueh (with English translation assistance provided) to confirm treatment goals and the surgical plan directly.

預先排程：確認手術方案後，海外客服團隊將與您確認時間，預先保留手術室與醫師排程，確保抵台（或預約）後依照計畫順利進行。
Prioritized Scheduling: After confirming the surgical plan, our international team will coordinate your travel or appointment times. We pre-reserve the operating room and physician schedule to ensure everything proceeds smoothly upon your arrival in Taiwan or your appointment.
集中治療：
Day 1 (實體諮詢/手術日): 薛醫師將親自進行最終的實體確認、劃線與術前檢查。進行皮下剝離、切縫手術或真皮移植手術。
Day 2 (術後檢查): 依手術類型，可在術後 2 天經醫師確認無虞後離台（或恢復正常活動）。海外客戶會採取免拆線傷口照顧模式。
Condensed Treatment:
Day 1 (In-Person Consult/Surgery Day): Dr. Hsueh will personally perform the final in-person confirmation, surgical marking, and pre-op check. The surgery—whether Subcision, Punch Excision, or Dermal Grafting—will be performed on the same day.
Day 2 (Post-Op Check): Depending on the surgery, you may depart or resume normal activities 2 days after the procedure, pending confirmation of wound stability by the physician. For international patients, we utilize no-suture-removal wound care protocols.

Bilingual Nursing Team: Post-operatively, a professionally trained bilingual nursing team will establish a dedicated communication group with you for daily online wound monitoring.
照顧懶人包：提供中英文對照的「術後照顧影片與圖文懶人包」。
Post-Op Care Guide: Receive a bilingual (Chinese and English) "Post-Operative Care Video & Infographic Guide."
遠距複診：術後可預約薛醫師的遠距視頻複診，追蹤再生真皮粉的整合狀況。
Remote Follow-Up: Schedule remote video follow-ups with Dr. Hsueh to monitor the integration of ADM fillers.
